Our Instruction
Bielby Associates identified the opportunity and made an off market introduction of the site to Keepmoat Homes. The site is a 36-acre site at Chellow Dene, Allerton, Bradford. The site was identified as having mid to long-term residential potential, with the objective of securing a residential allocation through the emerging Bradford Local Plan.
Outcome
An Option Agreement was successfully agreed with the landowner, securing the site for Keepmoat Homes. The site will be promoted through the Bradford Local Plan, positioning it for potential residential allocation and future development in line with Bradford’s housing growth objectives.
Our Approach
We negotiated directly with the landowner to agree terms via an Option Agreement which were acceptable to both parties. The team coordinated with planning consultants to ensure the site could be effectively promoted through the Local Plan review process, maximising its potential for future residential development.
