Client Overview

Bielby Associates were instructed to advise on the strategic promotion and disposal of a substantial parcel of land located on the northern fringe of Sprotbrough - one of Doncaster’s most sought-after residential areas.

The site, extending to approximately 20.06 acres (8.12 hectares), offered long-term potential for residential development, subject to allocation through the emerging Local Plan review process.

Our Instruction

Our client required strategic development and agency advice, with a focus on securing a suitable house builder or land promoter via an Option or Promotion Agreement. The brief included coordinating with planning consultants to establish a viable planning strategy that would enhance the site’s value through allocation and eventual planning consent.

Outcome

An Option Agreement was successfully agreed, securing a committed development partner to progress the site through the planning process.
