Bielby Associates were appointed to dispose of the 142 apartment
Ground Rent and 102 space Car Park Investment on behalf of PWC (on
the instruction of Stephen Ellis and Ian Green, the Administrators of
Asquith Properties Limited). A sale was agreed and recently completed
to Brooks Macdonald Fund through Braemar Estates at £1.1 Million; representing a net initial yield of 5% on the residential ground rent
income of £28,400 per annum, with a total income of £88,600 per
annum including the car park ground rent income.
